They were participated in the capacity building project of smoke-free district in Amphoe Phutthamonthon, Changwat Nakhon Pathom.  A group of 26 informants including 8 students, their parents and 10 teachers, were voluntarily participated in a capacity building workshop of foot reflexology and responded to a non-structural  interviewing. The data were analyzed using content analysis.  Results showed that students felt proud to do foot massage for their parent. They were also alert in tobacco harmfulness and did not want to try on smoking. Their parent thought that foot massage was the way to motivate them to quit smoking.
