The sample comprised 138 nursing instructors, who worked at  Central College Network 2 at least 1 year. They were selected by simple random sampling technique.</p> <p>Data were collected by questionnaires including 4 parts: (1) personal data, (2) work experiences (3) job characteristics and (4) organizational commitment.  The Cronbach’s alpha coefficients of the second to</p> <p>the forth parts were 0.894, 0.717 and 0.877 respectively.  Data were analyzed for frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and multiple regression analysis.  The results were as follows: (1) Nursing instructors rated their work experiences and job characteristics and organizational commitment at the high level. (2) work experiences and job characteristics have influenced organizational commitment of nursing instructors.
