The sample of 110 new graduate registered nurses within the first two years of experience,  was  randomly selected. The research instrument consisted of questionnaires on personal data and job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and retention in the organization. They were tested for content validity by 5 experts. Their content validity index were  0.72, 0.93,  and 0.92 and their reliability coefficients were 0.86, 0.91 and 0.87 respectively.  Data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson’s correlation.  The results indicated that the new graduate registered nurses’ retention in the organization, job satisfaction and organizational commitment were at a moderate level ( <img title="\bar{X}" src="https://latex.codecogs.com/gif.latex?\bar{X}">= 3.52, SD = 0.59; <img title="\bar{X}" src="https://latex.codecogs.com/gif.latex?\bar{X}"> = 3.44, SD = 0.32; and  <img title="\bar{X}" src="https://latex.codecogs.com/gif.latex?\bar{X}">=3.24, SD = 0.49 respectively).
