The sample comprised of 3 groups: teachers, fifth and sixth-grade students, and their parents <span style="text-decoration: line-through;">of</span> at primary schools, received the gold health-promoting schools award in Lampang province. The subjects included 301 persons. The schools were selected by the stratified random sampling. The research tools were three questionnaires. Each questionnaire had two parts; (1) general data  and (2) ten elements of the results of gold health-promoting schools. The content validity index of part 2 was 0.84, and the Cronbach’s alpha coefficient of teachers’, students’, and parents’ questionnaires were 0.96, 0.96, and 0.98, respectively. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, Kruskal-Wallis H test,  and Mann Whitney U test. The results were as follows: (1) teachers, students, and parents perceived overall and all elements of the result of gold health-promoting schools at a high level. (2) There were  no significant differences in teachers’, students’, and parents’ perception on the overall and 9 elements of the result of gold health-promoting schools, only the third element which was significantly different (<em>p</em> < .05).
