The key informants were 47 third-year nursing students in Bangkokthonburi University, who had taken the objective structured clinical examination in the Adult Nursing 2 Course. The data collection was conducted during April to June 2020 through semi-structured interview. The data were analyzed by the method of content analysis. According to the research results, the questions in the scenario of OSCE were as follows. 1) It included complicated, real and frequent situations. 2) It could formulate the comprehensive nursing care plan and make decision by using the nursing process. 3) It encouraged data collection,  priorities setting and planning to contribute nursing processes by applying knowledge and skills. 4) Students demonstrated desirable characteristics of morality, ethics and self-integrity in nursing practice.  5) It encouraged  communication skills.  6) It could help  students to set self-objective for the examination and self-preparation prior to the actual situation.  7) It encouraged students to express their feelings about equipment, simulator and the process of the OSCE.</p>}, number={2}, journal={Thai Journal of Nursing}, author={Noyarach, Itsaraporn and Wattakiecharoen, Jeuajan and Prewnim, Arpakorn and Kunthakhu, Saengduan and Chatkaew, Kulyakorn}, year={2021}, month={Jun.}, pages={37–46} }
