The sample of 110 new graduate registered nurses within the first two years of experience,&nbsp; was &nbsp;randomly selected. The research instrument consisted of questionnaires on personal data and job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and retention in the organization. They were tested for content validity by 5 experts. Their content validity index were &nbsp;0.72, 0.93, &nbsp;and 0.92 and their reliability coefficients were 0.86, 0.91 and 0.87 respectively. &nbsp;Data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson's correlation. &nbsp;The results indicated that the new graduate registered nurses’ retention in the organization, job satisfaction and organizational commitment were at a moderate level (&nbsp;<img title="\bar{X}" src="https://latex.codecogs.com/gif.latex?\bar{X}">= 3.52, SD = 0.59; <img title="\bar{X}" src="https://latex.codecogs.com/gif.latex?\bar{X}">&nbsp;= 3.44, SD = 0.32; and &nbsp;<img title="\bar{X}" src="https://latex.codecogs.com/gif.latex?\bar{X}">=3.24, SD = 0.49 respectively). The retention in the organization of the new graduate registered nurses had significantly&nbsp; positive relationships with job satisfaction on the subpart of&nbsp; benefits (r = 0.238) and organizational commitment (r = 0.201) at p &lt; .05.</p> ER -
