The sample of 316 elders was selected by &nbsp;simple random sampling method. The research tool was a questionnaire on personal data, activities of daily living ability, family relationship, and depression. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, &nbsp;Pearson’s correlation&nbsp; and chi-square test. &nbsp;The result revealed that 72.8 percent of the older adults had depression at the moderate level and 27.2 percent of them had depression at the severe level. Factors related to depression were gender, and activities of daily living ability at p &lt; .05.&nbsp; The unrelated factors were age,&nbsp; marital status, and family relationship (p &gt; .05).</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p> ER -
