TY - JOUR AU - จินดารัตน์, ศิริพร AU - โลจนาภิวัฒน์, สุกัญญา PY - 2016/01/26 Y2 - 2024/03/29 TI - ประเมินผลการใช้แนวปฏิบัติการสนับสนุนการเลิกบุหรี่ ของผู้ใช้บริการคลินิกอดบุหรี่ JF - Thai Journal of Nursing JA - TJN VL - 62 IS - 1 SE - Research Article DO - UR - https://he02.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/TJN/article/view/47445 SP - 44-54 AB - การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนานี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประเมินผลการใช้แนวปฏิบัติการสนับสนุนการเลิกบุหรี่ของผู้ใช้บริการคลินิกอดบุหรี่ กลุ่มตัวอย่างคัดเลือกแบบเจาะจง ได้แก่ ผู้ใช้แนวปฏิบัติ 6 ราย และผู้ใช้บริการที่สมัครใจ 30 ราย เครื่องมือวิจัยประกอบด้วย แนวปฏิบัติการสนับสนุนการเลิกบุหรี่ ประยุกต์ใช้ขั้นตอนการพัฒนาแนวปฏิบัติทางคลินิกของสภาการวิจัยแห่งชาติ ประเทศออสเตรเลีย และ แบบจำลองขั้นตอนการเปลี่ยนแปลงพฤติกรรมของโปรชาสกา และดิคลิเมนเต้ แบบประเมินความเป็นไปได้ในการนำไปใช้แบบประเมินความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้แนวปฏิบัติ/ผู้ใช้บริการ และ แบบติดตามพฤติกรรมการสูบบุหรี่ของผู้ใช้บริการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติพรรณนา ผลการวิจัย พบว่า การประเมินความเป็นไปได้ในการนำแนวปฏิบัติไปใช้ของผู้ใช้แนวปฏิบัติ 6 ราย ระบุว่า การประเมินประวัติการติดบุหรี่ การวางแผนการปฏิบัติ และการประเมินผล สามารถปฏิบัติได้ง่าย ส่วนความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้แนวปฏิบัติและผู้ใช้บริการอยู่ในระดับมาก การติดตามพฤติกรรมการสูบบุหรี่ของผู้ใช้บริการในเดือนที่ 6 สามารถเลิกบุหรี่ได้ร้อยละ 40 โดยให้คำปรึกษาการเลิกบุหรี่ร่วมกับการใช้แรงสนับสนุนทางสังคม ผลการศึกษาครั้งนี้สามารถใช้เป็นแนวทางในการสนับสนุนการเลิกบุหรี่ของผู้ใช้บริการและพัฒนาคุณภาพการดูแลผู้สูบบุหรี่ให้มีประสิทธิภาพต่อไป<p> </p><p><strong>Evaluation of a practice guideline for smoking cessation among clients of smoking cessation clinics.</strong></p><p><em>Jindarat, S., &amp; Lojanapiwat, S.</em></p><p>This descriptive study aimed to evaluate the implementation of a practice guideline for smoking cessation among clients of smoking cessation clinics. Six health providers and 30 volunteer smokers were purposively invited to participate. The research instruments comprise of a practice guideline for smoking cessation, based on the protocols of National Health and Medical Research Council of Australia and the framework of Transtheorethical model of Prochaska and Diclemente; feasibility assessment; satisfaction of participating providers and clients assessment , and the behavior follow-up. Descriptive statistics were employed for data analysis. Results reveal that, at pre-test, all health providers confirmed the feasibility of the implementing steps (assessment, planning, and evaluation). The overall means of satisfaction on practice guideline by providers and clients were at high level. By counseling and social support strategy, the smoking behavior at 6 months follow-up showed that forty percents of clients could stop smoking. This study could be applied to guide the effective support on smoking cessation for smokers and could be used as a practice guideline for nursing care quality improvement.</p> ER -
