TY - JOUR AU - สุดเพชร, ศิวพร AU - ธนาโนวรรณ, นันทนา AU - อยู่สำราญ, ฉวีวรรณ AU - เนื่องตัน, ชานนท์ PY - 2014/09/22 Y2 - 2024/03/29 TI - ผลของโปรแกรมการสนับสนุนโดยสามีในระยะที่ 1 ของการคลอดต่อความเครียด ความเจ็บปวด และความพึงพอใจต่อการคลอดในผู้คลอดครรภ์แรก JF - The Journal of Thailand Nursing and Midwifery Council JA - J Thai Nurse midwife Counc VL - 29 IS - 3 SE - Research Articles DO - UR - https://he02.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/TJONC/article/view/27077 SP - 42-54 AB - <p><strong>บทคัดย่อ</strong><strong>: </strong><strong>วัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัย</strong><strong>:</strong> เพื่อศึกษาผลของโปรแกรมการสนับสนุนโดยสามีในระยะที่ 1 ของการคลอดต่อความเครียด ความเจ็บปวด และความพึงพอใจต่อการคลอดในผู้คลอดครรภ์แรก</p><p><strong>การออกแบบการวิจัย</strong><strong>: </strong>การวิจัยกึ่งทดลอง</p><p><strong>การดำเนินการวิจัย</strong><strong>:</strong> กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นสตรีตั้งครรภ์ที่มาฝากครรภ์และคลอดบุตร ณ โรงพยาบาลมหาวิทยาลัยแห่งหนึ่ง จำนวน 60 คน แบ่งเป็น 2 กลุ่ม เป็นกลุ่มควบคุม 30 คนและกลุ่มทดลอง 30 คน โดยใช้การคัดเลือกแบบเฉพาะเจาะจงตามเกณฑ์การคัดเข้า กลุ่มควบคุมได้รับการพยาบาลตามปกติ ในขณะที่กลุ่มทดลองได้รับการพยาบาลตามปกติร่วมกับโปรแกรมการสนับสนุนโดยสามีในระยะที่ 1 ของการคลอด เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลประกอบด้วยแบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล แบบวัดความเจ็บปวด แบบบันทึกข้อมูลการตั้งครรภ์และการคลอด แบบประเมินความวิตกกังวลขณะเผชิญ และแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจต่อการคลอด การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้สถิติ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สถิติไคสแควร์ และสถิติทดสอบค่าที</p><p><strong>ผลการวิจัย</strong><strong>: </strong>ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผู้คลอดครรภ์แรกในกลุ่มทดลองมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยของความเครียดและความเจ็บปวดน้อยกว่าในกลุ่มควบคุมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (<em>p</em> &lt; .001) แต่มีคะแนนเฉลี่ยของความพึงพอใจต่อการคลอดมากกว่าในกลุ่มควบคุมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (<em>p</em> &lt; .001)</p><p><strong>ข้อเสนอแนะ</strong><strong>:</strong>  พยาบาลประจำหน่วยฝากครรภ์และห้องคลอดควรนำโปรแกรมการสนับสนุนโดยสามีในระยะที่ 1 ของการคลอดไปประยุกต์ใช้เพื่อช่วยลดความเครียดและ ความเจ็บปวด และเพิ่มความพึงพอใจต่อการคลอดในผู้คลอดครรภ์แรก</p><table style="width: 614px;" border="0" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0"><tbody><tr><td valign="top" width="614"><p class="GaramondMINE"><strong>Objective:</strong></p></td></tr><tr><td valign="top" width="614"><p class="GaramondMINE">To examine how a husband-assisted programme applied to the first stage of labour would impact primigravidae’s labour-related stress, pain and satisfaction.</p></td></tr><tr><td valign="top" width="614"><p class="GaramondMINE"><strong>Design:</strong></p></td></tr><tr><td valign="top" width="614"><p class="GaramondMINE">Quasi-experimental research.</p></td></tr><tr><td valign="top" width="614"><p class="GaramondMINE"><strong>Implementation:</strong></p></td></tr><tr><td valign="top" width="614"><p class="GaramondMINE">The subjects, purposively sampled, consisted of 60 primigravidae who attended antenatal care and gave birth at a university hospital.  The subjects were then equally divided into a control group, to which normal care was given, and an experimental group, to which a husband-assisted programme for the first stage of labour was applied in addition to normal care.</p><p class="GaramondMINE">The research instruments consisted of (i) a personal information form; (ii) a pain-assessment form; (iii) a pregnancy-labour information form; (iv) a stress evaluation form; (v) and a labour-related satisfaction form.  The data were statistically analysed according to frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Chi-square and T-test.</p></td></tr><tr><td valign="top" width="614"><p class="GaramondMINE"><strong>Results:</strong></p></td></tr><tr><td valign="top" width="614"><p class="GaramondMINE">The study found that the experimental group’s primigravidae displayed significantly lower degrees of stress and pain than their control-group counterparts (p &lt; .001), and showed a significantly higher level of labour-related satisfaction than their control-group equivalents (p &lt; .001).</p></td></tr><tr><td valign="top" width="614"><p class="GaramondMINE"><strong>Recommendations:</strong></p></td></tr><tr><td valign="top" width="614"><p class="GaramondMINE">Nurses stationed in an antenatal care unit and delivery room are advised to apply this programme for the purposes of reducing their patients’ stress and pain and increasing their satisfaction with their first birth-giving experience.</p></td></tr></tbody></table> ER -
