Compression of left ureter, with dysuria and flank pain as a chief complaint, made this case presentation. Although antegrade pyelogram finding supported the diagnosis of ureteral obstruction, an exploratory laparotomy nephroureterectomy was done.</p><p><strong>Conclusion:</strong> Retroperitoneal fibrosis may mimic UVJ stone symptomatically. When differentiating the cause of ureteral obstruction, retroperitoneal fibrosis should be kept in mind.</p></div></div></div> ER -
