Abstract
Natural disasters and Man-made disasters have been increasing the frequency and the severity of disasters in recently years. Many of disasters can be affected widely human lives and properties in case of Bangkok fire events such as Santika club fire, Sua pa plaza building fire, a 10-storey building fire at soi Narathiwat Rachanakharin 18. Therefore, adapting and anticipating are considered in disaster events in order that Fire fighters must have abilities both academic and operation to rescue casualties. The main aim of the article is to understand how important the Professional qualification standard and the career development in firefighting.
