Abstract

Objective: Define the definition of Urban Medicine in Thailand and recommend for Urban medicine development


Methods: Qualitative research by documentary search and interview stakeholder working in public health and medicine at management level of health units


Results: Urban medicine were defined based on disease and health risk which definite prevalence data or have health impact and health service system in urban context, especially urban underserved population Urban medicine development should be done based on multidisciplinary work and inter-organization work


Conclusion: Urban medicine development for improvement of urban health status
