Cardiogenic Shock
Abstract
ภาวะช็อกจากเหตุหัวใจ คือ ภาวะช็อกที่เกิดจากหัวใจไม่สามารถสูบฉีดเลือดไปเลี้ยงเนื้อเยื่อส่วนต่าง ๆ ของร่างกายได้อย่างเพียงพอตามความต้องการ ทำให้เกิดความดันโลหิตต่ำที่ไม่ตอบสนองต่อการให้สารน้ำ และอาจจำเป็นต้องทำการรักษาโดยการทำการสวนหัวใจ, การใช้ยา หรือจำเป็นต้องใช้เครื่องพยุงหัวใจ
