Sampling the LPRC produced in 10 units/month and studied quality compared to the Council of Europe (COE) standards were performed by the National Blood Center, Thai Red Cross Society. Documented data were evaluated using descriptive statistics and statistical analysis was performed by One sample T-test, Independent T-test, ANOVA test, Scheffe’s method, Pearson’s correlation and Linear regression with significant at 0.05. </p> <p><strong>Results:</strong> LPRC 360 units found that average of volume, Hb, Hct and WBC content in LPRC produced passed through standard criteria of COE equal to 100.00 %, 100.00 %, 99.72 % and 96.11 %, respectively. The average and standard deviation (range) equal to 283.88±8.50 (263.81-319.27) ml, 54.27±3.32 (43.26-66.73) g/unit, 58.19±4.79 (24.80-70.60) % และ 0.49±0.30 (0.05-1.74) x10<sup>9</sup> cells/unit, respectively. Among factors affecting the average content in LPRC such as year preparation LPRC are Hct (<em>p</em> < 0.001) and WBC (<em>p</em> = 0.001), respectively. The WBC content in LPRC was <1.2x10<sup>9</sup> cells/unit and ≤5x10<sup>8</sup> cells/unit equal to 96.11% and 64.72%, respectively. The volume increase was found to be significantly associated with the Hb increase in LPRC (r = 0.63, <em>p</em> <0.01), which was able to construct a linear equation to estimate the Hb (g/unit) of -15.86 + [0.25 x LPRC volume (ml)] was statistically significant.</p> <p><strong>Conclusions:</strong> The quality of the LPRC produced is not inferior to international standards. The WBC content in the LPRC in each year of the year produced has continued to decline, indicating a higher product quality. The increase of volume is associated with the increase of Hb, the volume value of the product label can be estimated for the Hb in LPRC. Such data may be used as a guideline for selecting red blood cell product for patients and the development of production in order to obtain the high quality standard LPRC for further use.</p>}, number={2}, journal={Health Science Clinical Research}, author={อินสว่าง เจนจิรา and อ่อนเส็ง สุรเชษฎ์ and แสงโสรัตน์ ณิชาภัทร and ไชยสิทธิ์ ณมน and บุญจันทร์ อุไรวรรณ}, year={2021}, month={Dec.}, pages={13–24} }
