Clinically, it is characterized by sharply demarcated erythematous and edematous gingival conditions, often extending to the mucogingival junction. Although the aetiology of the condition is not properly understood, it may be related to specific allergens, neoplasia, or maybe of unknown origin. Therefore, plaque control and conventional periodontal therapy alone will not treat the condition. Here, we present a 15-year-old lady with PCG, brought on by copper sulphate. The condition is diagnosed based on comprehensive history taking, clinical examination, and laboratory tests, managed by conventional periodontal therapy with adjunctive dexamethasone paste.</p> ER -
