Participants included 146 Muslim patients with chronic diseases in the comeback stage of the chronic trajectory illness model. The research instruments comprised of five sets were 1) a demographic data form, 2) Perceived Severity of illness Questionnaire, 3) Practice Related to Religious Activities Questionnaire, 4) Social Support Questionnaire and 5) Spiritual Well-Being Questionnaire. Data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics and stepwise multiple regression. The results showed that the overall spiritual well-being of Muslim patients with chronic diseases in the comeback stage of the chronic trajectory illness model was at a high level ( <img title="\chi \bar{}" src="https://latex.codecogs.com/gif.latex?\chi&amp;space;\bar{}">= 98.82, SD = 15.25). Severity of illness, social support, and practice religious activities together accounted for 73% of variance in predicting the spiritual well-being in Muslim patients with chronic diseases in the comeback stage of the chronic trajectory illness model (adjusted R2 = .73, p &lt; .01). The best predictor was perceived severity of illness (standardized coefficient, β = -.80, p &lt; .01). The results of this study provide guidelines for nurses to promote spiritual well-being in Muslim patients with chronic diseases in the comeback stage of the chronic trajectory illness model to live with the disease in harmony by providing important and essential information about the illness in order to reduce the perceived severity of illness, promote social support, and practice religious activities.</p> ER -
