We studied signs, symptoms and past historical matters in minor head injury patients, that could related of abnormal fendings of CT. There are 260 patients for brain CT scan, mean age was 38.19 years, range from 2 to 83 years, 61.5 % were male and 38.5 % were female. 242 patients had risk factors. The positive brain CT scan was 57 patients. The factors are headache, vomiting, seizure, trauma above the clavicle, loss of consciousness or amnesia, age 60 years or older, drinking alcohol and use of anticoagulation. There are no risk factors, which correlated with intracranial lesion in brain CT scan. All positive brain CT scans had one risk factor at lest. We can use these risk factors for indication of brain CT scan in minor head injury and correlation with another clinical signs and symptoms for minor head injury.</p>}, number={3}, journal={วารสารแพทย์เขต 4-5}, author={Sreethurawanich, Theeranuch}, year={2018}, month={มิ.ย.}, pages={239–247} }
