The study of 78 patients (48 men and 30 women} with HIV - related pulmonary TB of Comprehensive Continuum Care unite {CCC} of Somdejprasangkharach XVII Hospital from October 2005- September 2007. Plain films were reviewed by radiologist. 6 patterns of chest radiographic findings are Lymphadenopathy, Cavity {ies}, infiltrate {s}, Interstitial disease, Pleural effusion and Pulmonary nodule {s}. CD4 lymphocyte count data were analyzed from OPD cards. There are two groups of patients by CD4 counts ; CD4 counts of < 200/mm<sup>3 </sup>{n = 64} and CD 4 counts of ≥ 200/mm<sup>3</sup> {n = 14}. CD4 counts of < 200/mm<sup>3</sup> were significantly associated with hilar/mediastinal adenopathy on CXR. This study demonstrates association of certain CXR findings with HIV disease stage. Knowledge of the degree of immunosuppression is important when evaluating CXR findings in HIV-infected patients.</p>}, number={1-1}, journal={วารสารแพทย์เขต 4-5}, author={Sreethurawanich, Theeranuch}, year={2018}, month={ส.ค.}, pages={103–108} }
