The outcomes were the levels of cholesterol, triglyceride, HDL and LDL compared between the control and experimental groups after 6 and 12 weeks of implementation. The samples included 33 cases for each group. Inclusion criteria was blood cholesterol level over 200 mg / dL for three consecutive years: 2006, 2007 and 2008. The subjects were assigned randomly to 2 groups. The data was analyzed using one-way analysis of covariance.</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The results showed that after 6- week implementation ; cholesterol, triglyceride, HDL and LDL levels were not different between two groups. But after 12 - week implementation; cholesterol and triglyceride levels were statistical significantly lower than in the experimental group statistical significantly at the .05 level.
