Abstract
On the 150th anniversary of the passing of Phra Chao Barommawongse Ther
Krom Luang Wongsa Dhiraj Snid (H.R.H. Prince Wongsa Dhiraj Snid) on August 14,
1871, the information about the acceptance of western doctors upon the prince as a
corresponding fellow of the New York Academy of Medicine, elected in 1853, is presented
along with the information about the 5 generations of doctors in the Snidvongs Royal
Family.
