บทคัดย่อ
วัตถุประสงค์
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับคุณภาพชีวิตและเพื่อศึกษาคุณภาพชีวิตของพนักงานเก็บขยะที่ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ในพื้นที่กรุงเทพมหานคร
วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย
กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ พนักงานเก็บขยะที่สังกัดสำนักงานเขตภายในกรุงเทพมหานครจาก 50 เขตพื้นที่ของกรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 509 คน สุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวนร้อยละ 5 จากทุกเขตพื้นที่ เก็บข้อมูลโดยสุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบบังเอิญ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้คือ แบบสอบถามปัจจัยนำ คือ แบบสอบถามความรู้การส่งเสริมสุขภาพและคุณภาพชีวิต แบบสอบถามปัจจัยเอื้อ คือ แบบสอบถามสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกที่เอื้อต่อคุณภาพชีวิต แบบสอบถามปัจจัยเสริม คือ แบบสอบถามการได้รับการสนับสนุนและแรงกระตุ้นเตือนจากเพื่อนร่วมงานและครอบครัวที่ส่งเสริมการมีคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดี และแบบสอบถามประเมินคุณภาพชีวิตองค์การอนามัยโลกชุดย่อ ฉบับภาษาไทย World Health Organization Quality of Life Instrument (WHOQOL-BREF-THAI) และนำมาวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยค่าสถิติ ค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและทดสอบความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยนำ ปัจจัยเอื้อและปัจจัยเสริมกับคุณภาพชีวิตด้วยการหาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน (Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient) กำหนดระดับความมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05
ผลการวิจัย
พบว่า พนักงานเก็บขยะกรุงเทพมหานครมีระดับปัจจัยนำอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด มีระดับปัจจัยเอื้ออยู่ในระดับปานกลาง มีระดับปัจจัยเสริมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดและมีระดับคุณภาพชีวิตโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง หากพิจารณารายองค์ประกอบคุณภาพชีวิตพบว่าพนักงานเก็บขยะกรุงเทพมหานครมีคุณภาพชีวิตด้านจิตใจในระดับดี คุณภาพชีวิตด้านสุขภาพกาย ด้านสัมพันธภาพทางสังคมและด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง เมื่อทดสอบความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างตัวแปรพบว่า ปัจจัยนำ ปัจจัยเอื้อและปัจจัยเสริมมีความสัมพันธ์กับคุณภาพชีวิตของพนักงานเก็บขยะกรุงเทพมหานคร อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05
สรุปผลการวิจัย
ปัจจัยนำ ปัจจัยเอื้อและปัจจัยเสริมมีความสัมพันธ์กับคุณภาพชีวิตของพนักงานเก็บขยะอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ พนักงานเก็บขยะกรุงเทพมหานครมีระดับคุณภาพชีวิตปานกลาง
