ปัญหาการจัดการสโมสรรักบี้ฟุตบอลในประเทศไทยโดยแนวคิด TQM

บทคัดย่อ
บทคัดย่อ วัตถุประสงค์ การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อทราบปัญหาการจัดการสโมสรรักบี้ฟุตบอลใน ประเทศไทยโดยใช้แนวคิด TQM จากประสบการณ์ใน การทำางานเกี่ยวกับสโมสรกีฬารักบี้ฟุตบอลและ เปรียบ เทยี บระดบั การรบั รปู้ ญั หาการจดั การสโมสรรกั บี้ ฟุตบอลโดยแนวคิด TQM ทั้ง 7 ด้านกับสถานภาพ บุคลากรในสโมสรกีฬารักบี้ฟุตบอล วธิ กี ารดาำ เนนิ การวจิ ยั ประชากรตวั อยา่ งจาำ นวน 450 คน เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม ซึ่งมีค่าความ ตรงตามเนื้อหาเท่ากับ 0.98 และค่าความเชื่อมั่น สัมประสิทธิ์อัลฟ่าของครอนบาค เท่ากับ 0.97 จากนั้น นำาผลที่ได้มาทำาการวิเคราะห์ทางสถิติโดยการหาค่า เฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและทดสอบเพื่อ เปรียบเทียบระดับการรับรู้ปัญหาในการจัดการสโมสร รักบี้ฟุตบอลจากประสบการณ์ในการทำางานเกี่ยวกับ สโมสรกีฬารักบี้ฟุตบอล โดยการวิเคราะห์ความ แปรปรวนแบบทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA) ใน กรณีที่พบความแตกต่างใช้การวเิ คราะห์รายค่ดู ้วยว ิธี ของเชฟเฟ่ และเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่าง ระหวา่ งกล่มุ โดยใชการ้วเิ คราะหด้วยค่าที (t-test) กำหนดนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ผลการวิจัย ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่เป็น คณะกรรมการสโมสรทีมชายอายุอยู่ในช่วง 31-40 ปี มีการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี ประกอบอาชีพ ธุรกิจ ส่วนตัว และมีประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับสโมสรรักบี้ ฟุตบอล เกินกว่า 5-10 ปี ผลการทดสอบพบว่า ระดับการรับรู้ปัญหาการ จัดการสโมสรรักบี้บอลโดยใช้หลัก TQM ทั้ง 7 ด้าน โดยภาพรวมมีปัญหาอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อ พิจารณาเป็นรายข้อในแต่ละด้านพบว่า มีปัญหาอยู่ ในระดับมากเช่นกัน และเมื่อเปรียบเทียบระดับการ รับรู้ปัญหากับประสบการณ์ในการทำงานเกี่ยวกับ สโมสรกีฬารักบี้ฟุตบอล พบว่า ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามมี ระดับการรับรู้ปัญหาที่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทาง สถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 เมื่อเปรียบเทียบระดับการรับรู้ ปัญหาจากสถานภาพบุคลากรในสโมสร ผลการวิจัยพบ ว่า ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามมีระดับการรับรู้ปัญหาที่แตก ต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 สรุป ระดับการรับรู้ปัญหาการจัดการสโมสรรักบี้ ฟุตบอลโดยใช้แนวคิด TQM ทั้ง 7 ด้าน TQM โดย ภาพรวมมีปัญหาอยู่ในระดับมาก
