ผลของโปรแกรมการออกกำลังกายแบบเอ็กเซนทริกร่วมกับเมดิซินบอลที่มีต่อความแข็งแรงของกล้ามเนื้อและการทรงตัวในผู้ใหญ่วัยกลางคน

บทคัดย่อ
วัตถุประสงค์
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลของโปรแกรมการออกกำลังกายแบบเอ็กเซนทริกร่วมกับเมดิซินบอลที่มีต่อความแข็งแรงของกล้ามเนื้อและการทรงตัวในผู้ใหญ่วัยกลางคน และเปรียบเทียบความแข็งแรงของกล้ามเนื้อและการทรงตัวของผู้ใหญ่วัยกลางคนที่ได้รับโปรแกรมการออกกำลังกายแบบเอ็กเซนทริกร่วมกับเมดิซินบอลและไม่ได้รับโปรแกรม
วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย
กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือผู้ใหญ่วัยกลางคนจำนวน 43 คน เพศชายและเพศหญิงที่มีค่าการทรงตัวขณะอยู่กับที่โดยการยืนขาเดียวเปิดตาน้อยกว่าหรือเท่ากับ 40 วินาที แบ่งออกเป็น 2 กลุ่ม ได้แก่ กลุ่มควบคุม จำนวน 22 คน และกลุ่มทดลอง จำนวน 21 คน เลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง กลุ่มควบคุมออกกำลังกายแบบแอโรบิก เช่น เต้นรำ เต้นแอโรบิก เต้นซุมบ้า เดินเร็ว กลุ่มทดลองได้รับโปรแกรมการออกกำลังกายแบบเอ็กเซนทริกร่วมกับเมดิซินบอล ทั้ง 2 กลุ่มออกกำลังกายครั้งละ 60 นาที 3 ครั้งต่อสัปดาห์ เป็นระยะเวลา 8 สัปดาห์
ผลการวิจัย
หลังการฝึก 8 สัปดาห์ พบว่าการทรงตัวขณะอยู่กับที่ยืนขาเดียวปิดตา การทรงตัวขณะเคลื่อนไหวแบบเคลื่อนที่ลุก-เดิน-นั่ง-ไปกลับ ความแข็งแรงของกล้ามเนื้อมือและแขนท่อนล่างแรงบีบมือ การงอแขนยกน้ำหนัก และความแข็งแรงของกล้ามเนื้อขาของกลุ่มทดลองเพิ่มขึ้นมากกว่ากลุ่มควบคุมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05
สรุปผลการวิจัย
การฝึกโปรแกรมการออกกำลังกายแบบเอ็กเซนทริกร่วมกับเมดิซินบอล ส่งผลในการเพิ่มความแข็งแรงของกล้ามเนื้อของร่างกายทั้งส่วนบนและส่วนล่าง นอกจากนี้ยังสามารถช่วยเพิ่มการทรงตัวขณะอยู่กับที่และการทรงตัวขณะเคลื่อนไหวร่างกายในผู้ใหญ่วัยกลางคนได้
