บทคัดย่อ
วัตถุประสงค์
เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบผลระยะสั้นของการผสมผสานการฝึกพลัยโอเมตริกร่วมกับการฝึกเปลี่ยนทิศทางที่มีต่อพลัง ความเร็ว และความคล่องแคล่วว่องไวในนักกีฬาแฮนด์บอลเยาวชนหญิง
วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย
กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักกีฬาแฮนด์บอลระดับเยาวชนหญิง อายุระหว่าง 15-18 ปี จากทีมแฮนด์บอลโรงเรียนสตรีสมุทรปราการ คัดเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเฉพาะเจาะจงจากแบบทดสอบความคล่องแคล่วว่องไวของอิลลินอยส์ จำนวน 16 คน แบ่งเป็นกลุ่มตัวอย่างออกเป็น 2 กลุ่ม กลุ่มละ 8 คน กลุ่มควบคุมฝึกพลัยโอเมตริกและการฝึกเปลี่ยนทิศทาง และกลุ่มทดลองฝึกผสมผสานการฝึกพลัยโอเมตริกร่วมกับการฝึกเปลี่ยนทิศทาง ทั้งสองกลุ่มฝึก 2 ครั้งต่อสัปดาห์ เป็นระยะเวลา 4 สัปดาห์ ทำการทดสอบพลังสูงสุด เวลาสปริ๊นท์ระยะ 5 และ 10 เมตร และความคล่องแคล่วว่องไว ก่อนการฝึกและหลังการฝึก 4 สัปดาห์ เปรียบเทียบผลการวิจัยภายในกลุ่มด้วยการวิเคราะห์ทางสถิติ Pair Samples t-test และเปรียบเทียบระหว่างกลุ่มด้วยการวิเคราะห์ทางสถิติ Independent Samples t-test กำหนดระดับความมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ 0.05
ผลการวิจัย
พบความแตกต่างระหว่างกลุ่มหลังการฝึก 4 สัปดาห์ โดยกลุ่มทดลองสามารถพัฒนาความคล่องแคล่วว่องไวมากกว่ากลุ่มควบคุมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 กลุ่มทดลองและกลุ่มควบคุมมีพลังสูงสุด เวลาสปริ๊นท์ที่ระยะ 10 เมตร และความคล่องแคล่วว่องไวแตกต่างกับก่อนการฝึกอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 เฉพาะกลุ่มควบคุมมีเวลาสปริ๊นท์ระยะ 5 เมตร แตกต่างกับก่อนการฝึกอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05
สรุปผลการวิจัย
การผสมผสานการฝึกพลัยโอเมตริกร่วมกับการฝึกเปลี่ยนทิศทางสามารถพัฒนาความคล่องแคล่วว่องไวได้ดีกว่าการฝึกพลัยโอเมตริกแยกกับการฝึกเปลี่ยนทิศทางภายในระยะเวลา 4 สัปดาห์
