พฤติกรรมสุขภาพดิจิทัลและความสัมพันธ์กับสุขภาพกายและสุขภาพจิตของนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยการกีฬาแห่งชาติ วิทยาเขตอ่างทอง

บทคัดย่อ
เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลมีบทบาทสำคัญต่อพฤติกรรมสุขภาพของนักศึกษา ทั้งด้านสุขภาพกายและสุขภาพจิต โดยเฉพาะในสถาบันอุดมศึกษาด้านการกีฬาที่มีบริบทเฉพาะ ซึ่งอาจส่งผลให้รูปแบบการใช้เทคโนโลยีสุขภาพแตกต่างจากนักศึกษาทั่วไป
วัตถุประสงค์
เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมสุขภาพดิจิทัล และวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างพฤติกรรมสุขภาพดิจิทัลกับสุขภาพกายและสุขภาพจิตของนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยการกีฬาแห่งชาติ วิทยาเขตอ่างทอง
วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย
การวิจัยเชิงสำรวจแบบภาคตัดขวาง กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 2-4 จำนวน 206 คน ได้จากการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น (Stratified sampling) โดยใช้คณะเป็นเกณฑ์ในการแบ่งชั้น และสุ่มตัวอย่างอย่างง่าย (Simple random sampling) ภายในแต่ละชั้น เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถามออนไลน์ที่พัฒนาขึ้นโดยผู้วิจัย เครื่องมือผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงเนื้อหา (IOC=0.94) และมีความเที่ยงในระดับสูง (Cronbach’s alpha=0.85) วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย (mean) และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (SD) และวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ด้วยค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน โดยกำหนดระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ .01
ผลการวิจัย
พฤติกรรมสุขภาพดิจิทัลโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับบางครั้ง (3.00±1.10) โดยพฤติกรรมที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุดคือการค้นหาข้อมูลด้านสุขภาพผ่านสื่อดิจิทัล (3.60±1.10) ขณะที่การใช้เทคโนโลยีด้านโภชนาการอยู่ในระดับนานๆ ครั้ง (2.50±1.10) สำหรับผลของการใช้เทคโนโลยีสุขภาพ พบว่ามีผลเชิงบวกต่อสุขภาพกาย โดยเฉพาะการส่งเสริมความสม่ำเสมอของการออกกำลังกายอยู่ในระดับเห็นด้วย (3.60±1.10) ขณะที่ผลต่อสุขภาพจิตส่วนใหญ่อยู่ในระดับไม่แน่ใจ ผลการวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์พบว่า พฤติกรรมสุขภาพดิจิทัลมีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกกับสุขภาพกายและสุขภาพจิตในระดับต่ำอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (r=.23, p<.01)
สรุปผลการวิจัย
พฤติกรรมสุขภาพดิจิทัลของนักศึกษาอยู่ในระดับบางครั้ง (4-6 ครั้งต่อสัปดาห์) และยังไม่ครอบคลุมทุกมิติ โดยเน้นด้านการแสวงหาข้อมูลและกิจกรรมทางกายมากกว่ามิติอื่น ผลการวิเคราะห์ยืนยันว่าพฤติกรรมสุขภาพดิจิทัลมีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกกับสุขภาพกายและสุขภาพจิตในระดับต่ำ แสดงให้เห็นว่า การใช้เทคโนโลยีเพียงอย่างเดียวอาจไม่เพียงพอต่อการยกระดับสุขภาวะ จึงควรส่งเสริมการใช้เทคโนโลยีสุขภาพอย่างสมดุล ควบคู่กับการพัฒนาความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพดิจิทัล เพื่อสนับสนุนการปรับเปลี่ยนพฤติกรรมสุขภาพอย่างยั่งยืนในบริบทสถาบันอุดมศึกษาด้านการกีฬา
