ผลของการฝึกผสมผสานระหว่างการฝึกเน้นความหนักเอกเซ็นตริกกับการแบ่งเวลาพักภายในเซตที่มีต่อสมรรถภาพกล้ามเนื้อขาในนักกีฬาฟุตบอลชาย

บทคัดย่อ
บทนำ
ในปัจจุบันมีรูปแบบการฝึกแบบเน้นความหนักเอกเซ็นตริก ซึ่งเป็นรูปแบบการฝึกด้วยน้ำหนักโดยเน้นความหนักในช่วงการยืดออกของความยาวกล้ามเนื้อแล้วส่งผลทำให้การหดตัวของกล้ามเนื้อในช่วงการหดตัวสั้นลงของความยาวกล้ามเนื้อมีแรงเพิ่มมากขึ้น พบว่าการฝึกรูปแบบนี้สามารถพัฒนาความแข็งแรงของกล้ามเนื้อ พลังของกล้ามเนื้อ และความเร็วในการหดตัวของกล้ามเนื้อได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพดีกว่าการฝึกด้วยน้ำหนักทั่วไป (Cook et al., 2013; Douglas et al., 2017) แต่เนื่องจากการฝึกแบบเน้นความหนักเอกเซ็นตริกแบบต่อเนื่องที่ความหนักที่สูงส่งผลทำให้กล้ามเนื้อเกิดความล้า ดึงนั้นการฝึกแบบมีการแบ่งเวลาพักภายในเซตทำให้กล้ามเนื้อสามารถออกแรงได้อย่างเต็มและสามารถลดความล้าจากการฝึกแบบเน้นความหนักเอกเซ็นตริกได้ (Chae et al., 2024)
วัตถุประสงค์
เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบผลของการฝึกผสมผสานระหว่างการฝึกเน้นความหนักเอกเซ็นตริกกับการแบ่งเวลาพักภายในเซตที่มีต่อสมรรถภาพกล้ามเนื้อขาในนักกีฬาฟุตบอลชาย
วิธีการดำเนินการวิจัย
กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ เป็นนักกีฬาฟุตบอลมหาวิทยาลัยการกีฬาแห่งชาติ วิทยาเขตอ่างทอง เพศชาย อายุระหว่าง 18-25 ปี ที่เตรียมตัวเข้าร่วมการแข่งขันกีฬาพลศึกษาเกมส์ ประจำปี 2568 จำนวน 20 คน ซึ่งได้จากการเลือกแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง (Purposive sampling) ก่อนทำการทดลอง กลุ่มตัวอย่างจะได้รับการฝึกด้วยแรงต้านในท่าแบค สควอทด้วยเครื่องสมิธแมชชีน (Smith machine) ที่ความหนัก 60% ของน้ำหนักที่มากที่สุดที่ยกได้อย่างถูกต้อง 1 ครั้ง จำนวน 15 ครั้ง 3 เซต 2 ครั้งต่อสัปดาห์ เป็นเวลา 2 สัปดาห์ เพื่อพัฒนาความแข็งแรงและให้คุ้นเคยกับการออกกำลังกายด้วยแรงต้าน หลังจากนั้นทำการแบ่งกลุ่มตัวอย่างออกเป็น 2 กลุ่มๆ ละ 10 คน ด้วยวิธีการกำหนดกลุ่มแบบจับคู่โดยใช้ความแข็งแรงสัมพัทธ์ของกล้ามเนื้อขาเป็นเกณฑ์ กลุ่มที่ 1 กลุ่มทดลองฝึกเสริมด้วยโปรแกรมฝึกผสมผสานระหว่างการฝึกเน้นความหนักเอกเซ็นตริกกับการแบ่งเวลาพักภายในเซตในท่าแบค สควอท จำนวน 10 ครั้ง ที่ระดับความหนักเอกเซ็นตริกต่อคอนเซ็นตริก 110/60 % ของ 1 อาร์เอ็ม โดยการฝึกเน้นความหนักเอกเซ็นตริกในครั้งที่ 1, 3, 5, 7, และ ครั้งที่ 9 ร่วมกับการแบ่งการพักภายในเซต 15 วินาที พักระหว่างเซต 5 นาที และกลุ่มที่ 2 เป็นกลุ่มควบคุม ฝึกซ้อมตามโปรแกรมปกติที่มีการฝึกทักษะฟุตบอลแบบต่าง ๆ โดยไม่มีการฝึกซ้อมด้วยน้ำหนักใด ๆ กลุ่มทดลองทำการฝึกในสัปดาห์ที่ 1 และ 2 จำนวน 3 เซต สัปดาห์ที่ 3 และ 4 จำนวน 4 เซต และสัปดาห์ที่ 5 และ 6 จำนวน 5 เซต ๆ ละ 10 ครั้ง 2 ครั้งต่อสัปดาห์ เป็นเวลา 6 สัปดาห์ ก่อนและหลังการทดลอง 6 สัปดาห์ ทำการทดสอบพลังสูงสุด แรงปฏิกิริยาในแนวดิ่งสูงสุด อัตราการพัฒนาแรง ความเร็วสูงสุด และความแข็งแรงสัมพัทธ์ นำข้อมูลที่ได้มาหาค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน เปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างของข้อมูลก่อนและหลังการทดลองสัปดาห์ที่ 6 ภายในกลุ่มโดยการทดสอบค่าทีแบบสัมพันธ์กัน และเปรียบเทียบข้อมูลระหว่างกลุ่มทดลองและกลุ่มควบคุมหลังการทดลองโดยใช้การทดสอบค่าทีแบบเป็นอิสระจากกัน กำหนดระดับความมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05
ผลการวิจัย
หลังการทดลองสัปดาห์ที่ 6 พบว่ากลุ่มที่ฝึกเสริมด้วยโปรแกรมการฝึกผสมผสานระหว่างการฝึกเน้นความหนักเอกเซ็นตริกกับการแบ่งเวลาพักภายในเซตมีค่าพลังสูงสุด แรงปฏิกิริยาในแนวดิ่งสูงสุด อัตราการพัฒนาแรง ความเร็วสูงสุด และความแข็งแรงสัมพัทธ์ของกล้ามเนื้อขาเพิ่มขึ้นอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 (p<0.05) ขณะที่กลุ่มควบคุมมีค่าพลังสูงสุด แรงปฏิกิริยาในแนวดิ่งสูงสุด อัตราการพัฒนาแรง ความเร็วสูงสุด และความแข็งแรงสัมพัทธ์ของกล้ามเนื้อขาเพิ่มขึ้นอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 (p<0.05) และเมื่อเปรียบเทียบระหว่างกลุ่มพบว่ากลุ่มที่ฝึกเสริมด้วยโปรแกรมการฝึกผสมผสานระหว่างการฝึกเน้นความหนักเอกเซ็นตริกกับการแบ่งเวลาพักภายในเซตมีค่าพลังสูงสุด แรงปฏิกิริยาในแนวดิ่งสูงสุด ความเร็วสูงสุด และความแข็งแรงสัมพัทธ์เพิ่มขึ้นมากกว่ากลุ่มควบคุมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 (p<0.05) ขณะที่อัตราการพัฒนาแรงไม่พบความแตกต่าง โดยเมื่อเปรียบเทียบเปอร์เซ็นต์การพัฒนาในทุกๆตัวแปรพบว่ากลุ่มที่ฝึกเสริมด้วยโปรแกรมการฝึกผสมผสานระหว่างการฝึกเน้นความหนักเอกเซ็นตริกกับการแบ่งเวลาพักภายในเซตมีแนวโน้มดีกว่าในกลุ่มควบคุม
สรุปผลการวิจัย
การฝึกผสมผสานระหว่างการฝึกเน้นความหนักเอกเซ็นตริกกับการแบ่งเวลาพักภายในเซตเป็นระยะเวลา 6 สัปดาห์ สามารถพัฒนาพลังสูงสุด แรงปฏิกิริยาในแนวดิ่งสูงสุด อัตราการพัฒนาแรง ความเร็วสูงสุด และความแข็งแรงสัมพัทธ์ของกล้ามเนื้อขา ผลการทดลองนี้สามารถนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ในการฝึกสมรรถภาพกล้ามเนื้อขาของนักกีฬาฟุตบอลได้
