Diagnostic anemia in children

Abstract

Anemia in children is the common hematologic problem. It may be a result of hematologic diseases or otherunderlying diseases. Therefore it is important to identify cause of anemia for proper management. This article will discussabout causes of anemia, signs, symptoms including history taking, physical examination and investigations to make theaccurate diagnosis.
