Abstract

The purpose of this research was to investigate the levels of participations in education quality assuranceand to compare their participations in 4 areas classified by work experience and tasks. The samples were 111personnels. The instrument used for data collection was a 5 rating-scale questionnaire to measure of planning anddecision making, operation, assessment, and improvement. The data were analyzed by using mean, standard deviationand t-test.

The results of research revealed that the participations in education quality assurance of academic in 4areas both in general and in individual areas were at the middle level. The participations in education quality assuranceof academic support personnel with less than 5 years and more than 5 years of work experience were not differentwith statistical significance both in general and in 4 areas. The participations in education quality assurance of academicsupport personnel with different tasks were different with statistical significance at the level of .01 in two areasof operation and assessment, with statistical significance at the level of .05 in the area of planning and decisionmaking, and with no statistical significance in the area of improvement.

The participations in education quality assurance were generally at the middle level because the educationquality assurance was carried out only involved committee members.
