Abstract

This paper is an edited, transcribed version of the chapter 10 of Edith Kramerûs book entitled ùArt as Therapyû. It describes a rare situation that art therapists may encounter, working with a high gifted, severely disturbed child in whom the condition of life was so unfavorable that it is hard to believe the childûs talent could survive outside the shelter of the therapeutic milieu.
