Abstract

       Wound can happen to everybody, from minor abrasion wound, traumatic wound, chronic wound to surgical wound. Wound care is one of the common procedures quite often use in clinical practice. However, wound dressing has many techniques and may require different equipment and wound product. In present, there are many new wound products in market from many companies which can help in enhance wound healing process, improve comfort to patient and convenient to practitioner but also costly than basic dressing. Knowledge in today wound product will make better judgement in choosing those product in wound care, benefit to patient treatment and also reasonable overall cost in wound care.
