@article{แสงพระจันทร์_ดาลลาส_เฮงอุดมทรัพย์_ประทุมศรี_2016, title={การรับรู้ความหมายความมีคุณค่าในตนเองของผู้สูงอายุที่มีภาวะซึมเศร้า*}, volume={26}, url={https://he02.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/tnaph/article/view/65681}, abstractNote={<p align="center"><strong>บทคัดย่อ</strong><strong></strong></p><p>            การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ เพื่อบรรยายความหมายความมีคุณค่าในตนเองของผู้สูงอายุที่มีภาวะซึมเศร้า คัดเลือกผู้ให้ข้อมูลแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง โดยเป็นผู้สูงอายุที่อาศัยอยู่ในจังหวัดหนึ่งของภาคตะวันออก จำนวน 15 ราย เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยการสนทนาเชิงลึก และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยวิธีการวิเคราะห์เชิงใจความหลัก</p><p>            ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผู้สูงอายุที่มีภาวะซึมเศร้า ให้ความหมายของการมีคุณค่าในตนเอง สามารถสรุปประเด็นหลักได้ 3 ประเด็น และประเด็นย่อย 8 ประเด็น ดังนี้ ประเด็นที่ 1) ได้รับการยอมรับจากภายนอก ประเด็นย่อย คือ ชีวิตคนดี ชีวิตที่มีศักดิ์ศรีและชีวิตที่คิดบวก ประเด็นที่ 2) การได้รับการปฏิบัติเสมือนหนึ่งผู้มีค่า ประเด็นย่อยคือ การได้รับยกย่องให้เป็นผู้นำ และการเป็นที่รัก และประเด็นที่ 3) ภูมิใจในสิ่งที่ฉันทำ ประเด็นย่อย คือ การพึ่งพาตนเอง การอุทิศตนเพื่อประโยชน์ส่วนรวม และการสร้างคน</p><p>            ผลการวิจัยครั้งนี้ทำให้เกิดความเข้าใจในการรับรู้ความหมายความมีคุณค่าในตนเองของผู้สูงอายุที่มีภาวะซึมเศร้า ซึ่งพยาบาลและบุคลากรที่ทำงานเกี่ยวข้องกับผู้สูงอายุ สามารถนำไปเป็นแนวทางในการพัฒนารูปแบบการดูแลผู้สูงอายุที่มีภาวะซึมเศร้า</p><p><strong>คำสำคัญ </strong><strong>:</strong> ผู้สูงอายุที่มีภาวะซึมเศร้า; ความมีคุณค่าในตนเอง</p><p>* วิทยานิพนธ์หลักสูตรพยาบาลศาสตรมหาบัณฑิต คณะพยาบาลศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา</p><p>**โรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบลบ้านสลักเพชร ตำบลเกาะช้างใต้ อำเภอเกาะช้าง จังหวัดตราด; อีเมล์ติดต่อ : khunthongppk@hotmail.com</p><p>***คณะพยาบาลศาสตร์  มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา</p><p>****โรงพยาบาลพุทธโสธร</p><p align="center"><strong><br /></strong></p><p align="center"><strong>The Meaning of Self-esteem as Perceived by Older Adults with Depression*</strong></p><p style="text-align: right;"><strong> </strong>Suphansa  Sangphrachan**</p><p align="right">Jinjutha Chaisena Dallas***</p><p align="right">Pornpat Hengudomsub***</p><p align="right">Wetid Pratoomsri****</p><p align="center"><strong>Abstract</strong></p><p>            The purpose of this qualitative research study was to understand the meaning of self-esteem in the elderly with depression. Fifteen participants from a province in eastern Thailand were purposively selected. Data were collected using in-depth interview with semi-structured questions and analyzed by thematic analysis.</p><p>            The findings revealed the meaning of self-esteem as perceived by the elderly with depression in three themes and eight sub-themes. The first theme was being recognized by others consisting of three sub-themes: being a good person, a life with dignity, and a life with positive attitude. The second themewas being treated as valued person composed of  two sub-themes: being honored as a leader and being loved. The third theme was being proud of what I am doing comprising 3 sub-themes: self-reliance, dedication to society, and mentoring people.</p><p>            The findings illustrated the meaning of self-esteem as perceived by the elderly with depression.
