The focus is to develop students to be thinkers. Therefore, there was a need to shift from giving lectures to the facilitation of active learning among students. The students are encouraged to inquire, analyze, and practice. TLLM comprises 3 main principles, including 1) why you need to teach, 2) what to teach, and 3) how to teach with a student-centered approach. Design and planning of the teachers are very important components and need to be related in 3 steps: 1) identify learning goals, 2) identify evidence and evaluation, and 3) plan for learning activities and experience. It can be seen that the concepts of TLLM have the same focus with the principles of student centered learning, as stated in the Education Act B.E. 2542. These concepts are also similar to the concepts of active learning that we have adopted for our education over the last two decades.</p>}, number={3}, journal={Nursing Journal of The Ministry of Public Health}, author={เทอร์เนอร์ กมลรัตน์ and เพ็ชรคง จรัสศรี and ห้าวหาญ จุฬารัตน์ and มามาก นวพร}, year={2016}, month={Dec.}, pages={13–26} }
