The sample was lecturer, public health mentor, senior students of public health. Data was analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and t-test.</p> <p>The result showed the context and competencies enhancing problem was knowledge competency of student at low level (Mean 45.58, SD 7.55) skill competency an average of 3.66 (SD 0.49) the expectations of mentors for community public health professional competencies that the mentors had the most expectations were primary medical care (mean 4.10, SD 0.51) Therefore, conducted activities to competencies enhancing of public health professional. Organize training and online classes to improve knowledge before sending students to an internship to promote knowledge and skills. which is monitored by the supervisor and mentors so that the promotion proceeds smoothly.
