Aims to study situation of exercise behavior in menopausal women in rural community. Collected area and subject by purposive sampling. Study in 20 menopausal women, 6 leader of community , 3 Health volunteer, 1 Health provider in Health Promoting Hospital District, 1 abbot. Data were collected by questionnaire compose, 1.personal information data, 2.Evaluation form for estrogen deficiency of Bangkok medical department 3.Excercise behavior in menopausal 4. Focus group discussion guideline 5.Observatin Guideline 6.Participation observation and non - participation observation and other accessory.Data collection by study situation of Health Promotion Model for Exercise of Menopausal women. Going to area for SWOT analyzed by questionnaire, in-dept interview, focus group and design Health Promotion Model for Exercise of Menopausal women Qualitative data analyzed by frequencies, percentages, means, and standard deviations. Quantitative data analyzed by content analyzed. Result indicate that Most had symptom of estrogen deficiency, 95% menopausal no hormonal substitution treatment. Average 12 years had first menopause. 60% have still menstrual blood. Menopausal average 49 years old. Evaluation for estrogen deficiency in menopausal founded, 60% mood swings,80% hot flushes and 45% insomnia, 60% dry virginal and 65% pain when had sex.80% do not exercise and believed occupation activities are exercise Concept of Health Promotion Model for Exercise of Menopausal women in Rural Community developed by “ EASY EXERCISE BY COMMUNITY STILE”. Use Participatory of community. Use “COKYAW Model” include C=Community concern were raising awareness , O=Opportunity were analyzed opportunity of community, K=Knowledge were health educated for all in community , Y=Yield were analyzed outcome for practice, A=Attitude are positive thinking for health promotion and W=Women are health promotion for women because them were worker and health care giver of family and community.
