The participants included the group of a female reproductive age between 15 to 44 years old amount 87 and others relevant people amount 27. The research focused on the activities for developing the forms of protecting the Iodine Deficiency Disorders of a female reproductive age from Napho Sub-district. To use the method of planning a community based on Buddhism. It comprises suffering, origin of suffering, cessation of suffering, and the path to cessation of suffering. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics. It comprises frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. To Compare the different of mean within before and after managing the activity by using Paired t-test and the data analyzed by qualitative research with content analysis.</p><ol><li class="show">The results revealed that the procedure of the forms protecting the Iodine Deficiency Disorders of a female reproductive age from Napho Sub-district. It consists of 6 steps 1) To study community context and analyze the problems 2) To define the ways and solve the problems 3) To create the plans of an action / the project 4) To administrate the plans 5) Monitoring and Evaluation the plans 6) Results indicated that. 2. The forms of protecting the Iodine Deficiency Disorders of a female reproductive age consists of 4 activities as follows: 1) Promoting through Create a scene Center 2) To instruct the information to a female reproductive age 3) To establish the Iodine Salt Funds 4) To check the consumption of the Iodine Salt. 3. The results showed that mean about the Iodine Deficiency Disorders, The attitude about the Iodine Deficiency Disorders, and treating about the consumption of the Iodine Salt is higher than managing the plans on levels 0.05 (p-value&lt;0.05)</li></ol><p>In conclusion of the forms protecting the Iodine Deficiency Disorders of a female reproductive age from Napho Sub-district consists of 5 factors as follows: 1. Supporting from the director 2. Using the Participatory Learning Process 3. Supporting the knowledge through varieties of the method 4.
