The data was collected by using an interview in July, 2018. The descriptive statistics and logistic regression analyses were used.</p><p>The results shown that the most of the farmers are male (80.8%) with an average age of 49 years old with the highest of their education are primary school (42.5%) have underlying disease (30.1%) lack of exercises (82.2%) smoking (42.5%) and drinking alcohol (45.2%). They had farming more than once a year and using pesticide more than 10 years. The dominant chemical pesticides that use for their culture are Glyphosate (herbicide) and Abamactin (insecticide) in the percentage of 87.7 and 68.5 % respectively. The farmers’s behavior of using pesticide showed the medium level. The health effects were headache (80.8%), sweat (80.8%) and coughing (71.2%). The relationship between the famers’s behavior of chemical pesticide uses and health effect had statistically significance (p&lt;0.05) such as fatigue, heart palpitate, vomiting and blistering of skin. This research able to use for advice the health agency for the prevent health effect of the famers.</p> ER -
