This study aimed to develop and evaluate the results of the use of the Nursing Practice Guidelines. The sample consisted of 30 nurses and 30 patients. Nurse guidance questionnaire on the application of Nurse&nbsp; Practitioner &nbsp;Guidelines for data analysis using descriptive statistics.</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; These finding of the study on the process of applying the nursing guideline were measured from the suitability of the language used. Time to monitor suitability of patient care pre-operation and post-operation found that nurses agreed to a high level. It can also be used as a guideline for nursing records comprehensively. It was found that registered nurses agreed at a high level. The result indicated that all patients had relatively good basic knowledge and an undecided attitude about breast cancer. The complications post operative has seroma in one case (3.33%)</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; This study suggests that a clinical nursing practice guidelines for self-care when returning to home should be added regarding drainage care in the event that the patient has to return home.</p> ER -
