The advanced stage&nbsp; symptoms could be acute or gradual chronic until the worsened clinical symptoms. Survival rate for pancreatic cancer patients were not more than 12 months. Therefore, nurses should be able to gain knowledge in order to provide end of life care as nurses are fostered closeness to the patients. This review provides insight on pathophysiology, signs and symptoms, stage of disease, treatment, dimensional changes of the patients at the end of life, and nursing care with a case scenario.
