บทบาทพยาบาลในการจัดการอาการอ่อนล้าในเด็กโรคมะเร็งที่ได้รับการรักษาด้วยยาเคมีบำบัด
บทคัดย่อ
ผู้ป่วยเด็กโรคมะเร็งต้องเผชิญกับความทุกข์ทรมานจากอาการที่เกิดขึ้นพร้อมกันหลายด้านทั้งที่เกิดขึ้นจากตัวโรคและจากอาการข้างเคียงจากการรักษา อาการอ่อนล้าเป็นอาการข้างเคียงที่พบได้บ่อยในผู้ป่วยเด็กโรคมะเร็งที่ได้รับการรักษาด้วยยาเคมีบำบัด และส่งผลกระทบต่อคุณภาพชีวิต บทความนี้นำเสนอ ความหมาย ทฤษฏีอาการไม่พึงประสงค์ ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการเกิดอาการอ่อนล้าและผลกระทบ เพื่อเสนอแนวคิดการจัดการอาการ และบทบาทพยาบาลในการจัดการอาการอ่อนล้าในเด็กโรคมะเร็ง ซึ่งจะช่วยส่งเสริมให้ผู้ป่วยเด็กโรคมะเร็งมีคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดีขึ้นในระหว่างการรักษาด้วยยาเคมีบำบัดตลอดจนสิ้นสุดการรักษา
