เปรียบเทียบทุนชีวิตระหว่างวัยรุ่นที่ตั้งครรภ์และไม่เคยตั้งครรภ์

บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาทุนชีวิตและเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างทุนชีวิตระหว่างวัยรุ่นที่ตั้งครรภ์และไม่เคยตั้งครรภ์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือวัยรุ่นหญิงที่ตั้งครรภ์และไม่เคยตั้งครรภ์อายุ 10 – 19 ปี จำนวน 200 คน ในจังหวัดอุบลราชธานี วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนาและสถิติ Independent t-test
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า วัยรุ่นที่ตั้งครรภ์มีภาพรวมทุนชีวิตอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (ร้อยละ 64.73) เมื่อพิจารณารายด้านพบว่า ทุนชีวิตด้านพลังครอบครัวอยู่ในระดับดี (ร้อยละ 72.04) พลังสร้างปัญญาและพลังตัวตนและอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (ร้อยละ 66.88 และ 66.80 ตามลำดับ) ส่วนพลังเพื่อนและกิจกรรม และ พลังชุมชน ไม่ผ่านเกณฑ์ (ร้อยละ 59.61 และ 59.19 ตามลำดับ) สำหรับวัยรุ่นที่ไม่เคยตั้งครรภ์มีภาพรวมทุนชีวิตอยู่ในระดับดี (ร้อยละ 71.16) เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า ทุนชีวิตด้านพลังครอบครัวอยู่ในระดับดีมาก (ร้อยละ 81.58) พลังสร้างปัญญา และพลังตัวตน อยู่ในระดับดี (ร้อยละ 71.70 และ 71.40 ตามลำดับ) ส่วนพลังชุมชนและพลังเพื่อนและกิจกรรมอยู่ในเกณฑ์ปานกลาง (ร้อยละ 68.33 และ 65.22 ตามลำดับ) เมื่อเปรียบเทียบทุนชีวิตระหว่างวัยรุ่นกลุ่มที่ตั้งครรภ์และกลุ่มที่ไม่เคยตั้งครรภ์ พบว่า วัยรุ่นที่ไม่เคยตั้งครรภ์มีทุนชีวิตทุกด้านสูงกว่าวัยรุ่นหญิงตั้งครรภ์อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ผลการวิจัยนี้ช่วยเพิ่มความรู้ ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับทุนชีวิต ซึ่งจะเป็นประโยชน์ต่อพยาบาลหรือบุคลากรด้านสุขภาพในการสร้างเสริมทุนชีวิตทุกด้านของวัยรุ่นไทย เพื่อป้องกันการตั้งครรภ์ในวัยรุ่นหญิงต่อไป
