This quasi-experimental research aimed to study the level and to compare means of overall of nursing note quality scores and quality scores in each step of nursing process before and after the clinical coaching in the use of classification system of nursing diagnosis, outcome and intervention. The 300  nursing notes had been written by all 53 professional nurses who have been working at a small private hospital in ChonBuri province and received clinical coaching in nursing process from the expert in nursing process implementation. Clinical coaching has been done only during day shift in order to review and giving quality feedback. The reviewing form for nurse’s note quality developed by researchers based on concept of the classification of nursing diagnosis, outcome and intervention which Alpha Cronbach was .89  and in each step of nursing process after experimentation on nursing note’s quality was significantly higher than before at .05 The research results revealed that mean scores of post study in both total and each step of nursing process were significantly higher than before study. However, mean scores before and after coaching in total and each step of nursing process were mostly at very low level and low level of nursing note quality. So the results supported that this clinical coaching and clinical nursing supervision needed to be continued and strengthened by head nurses and team leaders along with other clinical nursing supervision activities in order to upgraded nursing note quality and results revealed that nursing note should be improved to indicate the use of completed nursing process along with the implementation of professional nursing lanquaqes that being internationally accepted.
