ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการรับรู้ความมั่นใจในการปฏิบัติกิจวัตรประจำวันโดยไม่หกล้มของผู้สูงอายุโรคมะเร็งเต้านม

การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการศึกษาเชิงพรรณนาหาความสัมพันธ์ เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการรับรู้ความมั่นใจในการปฏิบัติกิจวัตรประจำวันโดยไม่หกล้มของผู้สูงอายุโรคมะเร็งเต้านม กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือผู้สูงอายุโรคมะเร็งเต้านม โรงพยาบาลพระปกเกล้า 97 คน สุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมุล ประกอบด้วย แบบสัมภาษณ์ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล แบบสัมภาษณ์การรับรู้ภาวะสุขภาพ แบบประเมินอาการปวด และ แบบประเมินการรับรู้ความมั่นใจในการปฏิบัติกิจวัตรประจำวันโดยไม่หกล้ม วิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์โดยใช้สถิติสหพันธ์พอยไบซีเรียล และสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์อันดับของสเปียร์แมน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่ากลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่ (ร้อยละ 76.29) มีการรับรู้ความมั่นใจในการทำกิจวัตรประจำวันโดยไม่หกล้มอยู่ในระดับสูง M = 3.50, SD = 0.52) อายุมีความสัมพันธ์ทางลบในระดับปานกลาง (rs=-.522, p<.01) การรับรู้ภาวะสุขภาพ วิธีการรักษาโรคมะเร็งเต้านม มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกในระดับต่ำ (rs=.353, p<.01, rpb=.252, p<.01 ตามลำดับ) และอาการปวด มีความสัมพันธ์ทางลบระดับต่ำ (rpb=-.234, p<.01) กับการรับรู้ความมั่นใจในการปฏิบัติกิจวัตรประจำวันโดยไม่หกล้มของผู้สูงอายุโรคมะเร็งเต้านม
จากผลการวิจัยครั้งนี้มีข้อเสนอแนะว่า บุคลากรด้านสุขภาพควรให้ความสำคัญกับปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการรับรู้ความมั่นใจในการปฏิบัติกิจวัตรประจำวันโดยไม่หกล้มในผู้สูงอายุโรคมะเร็งเต้านม โดยเฉพาะผู้ที่มีการรับรู้ภาวะสุขภาพที่ไม่ดี มีการรักษามะเร็งด้วยวิธีต่าง ๆ ผู้ที่มีอาการปวด และยังสามารถนำผลการวิจัยไปใช้เป็นข้อมูลพื้นฐานในการสร้างแนวทางการดูแลผู้สูงอายุโรคมะเร็ง
