การพัฒนารูปแบบกระบวนการดูแลผู้ป่วยเอชไอวีแบบครบวงจรของโรงพยาบาลแม่ลาว สังกัดสำนักงานสาธารณสุขจังหวัดเชียงราย

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบกระบวนการดูแลผู้ป่วยเอชไอวีแบบครบวงจร ของโรงพยาบาลแม่ลาวฯ กำหนดกลุ่มเป้าหมายแบบเจาะจง ได้แก่ พยาบาลผู้ปฏิบัติงานด้านเอชไอวี 36 คน และผู้ติดเชื้อเอชไอวีที่ขึ้นทะเบียนรักษาตัวในโรงพยาบาลแม่ลาว 335 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ รูปแบบกระบวนการดูแลผู้ป่วยเอชไอวีฯ พื้นที่วิจัยอำเภอแม่ลาว ดำเนินการทดลองใช้รูปแบบ 3 เดือน การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน วิเคราะห์ สรุปและบรรยาย
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า พยาบาลผู้ปฏิบัติงานฯ มีความคิดเห็นต่อกระบวนการดูแลผู้ป่วยเอชไอวีฯ โดยรวมทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก (M 4.53) โดยมีด้าน Reach มีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด (M = 4.78) และผลการใช้รูปแบบฯ พบว่า เป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น ผู้ติดเชื้อทุกคนได้รับการวินิจฉัยและได้รับยาต้าน ผู้รับบริการมีความ พึงพอใจมีต่อรูปแบบฯ โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (M = 3.98) ด้าน Test มีค่าเฉลี่ยระดับมาก ค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด (M = 4.25) ผลการพัฒนารูปแบบได้รูปแบบใหม่ในลักษณะการบูรณาการงานแต่ละด้านร่วมกัน คือ Reach และ ด้าน Recruit ด้าน Test และด้าน Treat และด้าน Retain นำเอากระบวนการ PDCA เข้ามาบูรณาการในขั้นทดลองใช้รูปแบบฯ สรุปการทดลองใช้รูปแบบฯ ครั้งนี้สามารถนำมาเป็นแนวปฏิบัติในการดำเนินงานดูแลผู้ป่วยเอชไอวี ของโรงพยาบาลแม่ลาวให้มีประสิทธิภาพมากยิ่งขึ้น
