ปัจจัยทำนายผลลัพธ์การคลอดของมารดาวัยรุ่น ในโรงพยาบาลระดับตติยภูมิแห่งหนึ่ง เขตภาคกลางตอนบน

การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงทำนาย มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลลัพธ์การคลอด และปัจจัยทำนายผลลัพธ์การคลอดของมารดาวัยรุ่น กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นมารดาวัยรุ่นที่มีอายุน้อยกว่า 20 ปี ที่พักรักษาตัวที่แผนกหลังคลอด โรงพยาบาลระดับตติยภูมิแห่งหนึ่ง เขตภาคกลางตอนบน จำนวน 150 คน เลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างด้วยวิธีสุ่มอย่างง่าย เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลระหว่างเดือนมีนาคม ถึงเดือนสิงหาคม พ.ศ. 2566 เครื่องมือวิจัยประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลและข้อมูลทางสูติศาสตร์ แบบสอบถามการสนับสนุนทางสังคมแบบพหุมิติ แบบสอบถามความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพมารดา และแบบสอบถามพฤติกรรมส่งเสริมสุขภาพของหญิงตั้งครรภ์วัยรุ่น วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยโลจิสติกทวิ
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า มารดาวัยรุ่นมีผลลัพธ์การคลอดดี ร้อยละ 52 และมีผลลัพธ์การคลอดไม่ดี ร้อยละ 48 ปัจจัยทำนายผลลัพธ์การคลอดของมารดาวัยรุ่นได้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ได้แก่ การวางแผนการตั้งครรภ์ (OR: 12.096; 95%CI: 1.499, 97.633, p < .05) และการสนับสนุนทางสังคม (OR: 3.090; 95%CI: 1.478, 6.463, p < .01) โดยสามารถร่วมกันทำนายผลลัพธ์การคลอดของมารดาวัยรุ่น ได้ร้อยละ 21.9 (Nagelkerke R2 = .219, p < .01)
ผลการวิจัยเสนอแนะว่า บุคลากรทางสุขภาพควรตระหนักถึงความสำคัญของการวางแผนการตั้งครรภ์ และให้การสนับสนุนทางสังคมอย่างเพียงพอแก่หญิงตั้งครรภ์วัยรุ่น เนื่องจากปัจจัยทั้งสองนี้มีส่วนช่วยส่งเสริมผลลัพธ์การคลอดที่ดี
