การศึกษาความรู้การเตรียมความพร้อมก่อนตั้งครรภ์ในหญิงวัยรุ่น ตำบลมวกเหล็ก อำเภอมวกเหล็ก จังหวัดสระบุรี

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัย ได้แก่ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา และรายได้ครอบครัวต่อเดือนของผู้ปกครอง กับความรู้การเตรียมความพร้อมก่อนตั้งครรภ์ในหญิงวัยรุ่นกับ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ หญิงอายุ 10-19 ปี อาศัยในตำบลมวกเหล็ก จำนวน 138 คน คัดเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างวิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบชั้นภูมิตามสัดส่วน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล และความรู้การเตรียมความพร้อมก่อนตั้งครรภ์ ซึ่งมีค่าความเชื่อมั่น เท่ากับ .91 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา และสถิติ Spearman’s Rank correlation Coefficients statistics
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า อายุ ระดับการศึกษา และรายได้ครอบครัวต่อเดือนของผู้ปกครอง มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับความรู้ในการเตรียมความพร้อมก่อนตั้งครรภ์อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 (r=.459, p <0.001; r=.438, p <0.001; r=.212, p <0.05 ตามลำดับ)
จากผลการวิจัยครั้งนี้มีข้อเสนอแนะว่า พยาบาลควรสร้างเสริมความรู้การเตรียมความพร้อมก่อนตั้งครรภ์ในหญิงวัยรุ่น เพื่อความปลอดภัยและสุขภาพที่แข็งแรงทั้งมารดาและทารก
