ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพของข้าราชการตำรวจผู้เข้ารับ การฝึกอบรมหลักสูตรการบริหารงานตำรวจชั้นสูง รุ่นที่ 52

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพและความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยด้านลักษณะส่วนบุคคล พฤติกรรมสุขภาพ กับความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพของข้าราชการตำรวจผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรมหลักสูตรการบริหารงานตำรวจชั้นสูง รุ่นที่ 52 เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากข้าราชการตำรวจ จำนวน 97 คน เลือกตัวอย่างแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง ในช่วงเดือน สิงหาคม 2565 ใช้แบบประเมินความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพและพฤติกรรมสุขภาพของประชาชนวัยทำงาน ในหมู่บ้านปรับเปลี่ยนพฤติกรรมสุขภาพ ของกองสุขศึกษา กระทรวงสาธารณสุข วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติพรรณนา และทดสอบความสัมพันธ์โดยใช้สถิติ Chi-Square และ Spearman’s Rho correlation coefficient ผลการศึกษา พบว่า
1. กลุ่มตัวอย่าง มีค่าเฉลี่ยความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพเท่ากับ 38.66 และมากกว่า กึ่งหนึ่งมีความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพอยู่ในระดับดี (ร้อยละ 51.55)
2. ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยด้านลักษณะส่วนบุคคล กับความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพพบว่า อายุ มีความสัมพันธ์ทางลบกับความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และพฤติกรรมสุขภาพมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (r=0.269, p=.008) เมื่อวิเคราะห์รายด้านพบว่าพฤติกรรมการไม่ดื่มสุรา/เครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
ผลการศึกษาครั้งนี้จะใช้เป็นข้อมูลในการเสริมสร้างความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพและพฤติกรรมสุขภาพของข้าราชการตำรวจซึ่งจะเป็นผู้บริหารของหน่วยงานต่อไป
