ปัญหา ความต้องการ และคุณภาพชีวิต ของผู้สูงอายุในช่วงชีวิตวิถีใหม่ ในจังหวัดราชบุรี

การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการศึกษาเชิงพรรณนามีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัญหา ความต้องการและคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้สูงอายุในจังหวัดราชบุรีในช่วงชีวิตวิถีใหม่ กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้สูงอายุ จ.ราชบุรี จำนวน 345 คน สุ่มตัวอย่างแบบ Stratified random sampling และ Quota sampling เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม ปัญหา ความต้องการและคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้สูงอายุ วิเคราะห์ความเชื่อมั่นโดยใช้สัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาครอนบาก เท่ากับ 0.83 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติพรรณา โดยใช้การแจกแจงความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และหาความสัมพันธ์ของคุณภาพชีวิตกับปัญหาและความต้องการด้วยสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของ Pearson Correlation ผลการวิจัย พบว่า
ผู้สูงอายุส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง (ร้อยละ 60.9) มีอายุ 60-69 ปี (ร้อยละ 58.3) ในช่วงชีวิตวิถีใหม่ มีปัญหา3อันดับแรก คือ ความเพียงพอของรายได้ (ร้อยละ 8.1) สภาพร่างกายเป็นอุปสรรคต่อการทำงาน (ร้อยละ 7.5) และการออกกำลังกายสม่ำเสมอ(ร้อยละ 6.4 ) และมีความต้องการ 3 อันดับ คือการรักษาพยาบาลจากภาครัฐ (ร้อยละ 69.0) เงินสงเคราะห์ผู้สูงอายุ (ร้อยละ 44.9) และการได้รับข่าวสารเกี่ยวกับการรักษาพยาบาล การดูแล และการฟื้นฟูสภาพร่างกาย (ร้อยละ 44.6) คุณภาพชีวิตโดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับสูง โดย 3 อันดับแรก คือพึงพอใจที่พักอาศัยปัจจุบัน (M=4.38, SD=.63) พึงพอใจในสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกภายในที่พักอาศัยเพื่อใช้ชีวิตที่เหมาะสม (M=4.37, SD=.54) และพึงพอใจในการใช้ชีวิตปัจจุบัน (M=4.34, SD=.53) และพบว่า คุณภาพชีวิตของผู้สูงอายุมีความสัมพันธ์กับปัญหา และความต้องการอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ.01
