แนวทางการเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะการวิจัยของนักศึกษาพยาบาลศาสตรมหาบัณฑิต

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) พัฒนาแนวทางการเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะการวิจัยของนักศึกษาพยาบาลศาสตรมหาบัณฑิต และ 2) ประเมินความเหมาะสมของแนวทางการเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะการวิจัยของนักศึกษาพยาบาลศาสตรมหาบัณฑิตที่พัฒนาขึ้น การวิจัยและพัฒนา แบ่งเป็น 2 ขั้นตอน โดยขั้นตอนที่ 1 การพัฒนาแนวทางการเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะการวิจัย ผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลักคือผู้เชี่ยวชาญที่มีประสบการณ์ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอนในระบบการศึกษาทางไกล นักศึกษาพยาบาล และบัณฑิต จำนวน 13 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือแนวประเด็นคำถามการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกและการสนทนากลุ่ม ส่วนขั้นตอนที่ 2 การประเมินความเหมาะสมของแนวทางการเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะการวิจัยที่พัฒนาขึ้น กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการเรียนการสอน วิจัย และการวัดและประเมินผล จำนวน 5 คน เครื่องมือในการวิจัยคือแบบประเมินแนวทางการเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะการวิจัย วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติพรรณนาและการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัย พบว่า
1. แนวทางการเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะการวิจัย ประกอบด้วยหลักการและเหตุผล แนวคิดพื้นฐาน จุดมุ่งหมาย และโครงสร้างของแนวทางการเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะการวิจัยที่ประกอบด้วยบทเรียนออนไลน์ กิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ สื่อการเรียนรู้ และการวัดและประเมินผล
2. ผู้เชี่ยวชาญเสนอความคิดเห็นพ้องกันว่าแนวทางการเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะการวิจัยมีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมาก และสามารถนำไปใช้ในการดำเนินงาน
