ปัจจัยทำนายผลลัพธ์ทางสุขภาพของประชาชนที่อายุ 18 ปีขึ้นไป ในจังหวัดราชบุรี

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยแบบความสัมพันธ์เชิงทำนาย โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสถานการณ์และปัจจัยทำนายผลลัพธ์ทางสุขภาพของประชาชนในจังหวัดราชบุรี การวิจัยเชิงปริมาณเป็นการศึกษาความสัมพันธ์เชิงทำนาย กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือประชาชนอายุ 18 ปีขึ้นไปในจังหวัดราชบุรี จำนวน 210 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถาม 4 ส่วน ได้แก่ ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล, ความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพ, พฤติกรรมการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพและป้องกันโรค และผลลัพธ์ทางสุขภาพ ค่าความเชื่อมั่น เท่ากับ 0.98 ,0.71 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนาและสถิติถดถอยโลจิสติกทวิ ผลการวิจัย พบว่า
กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่มีความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพในระดับสูง (ร้อยละ 90.5) มีพฤติกรรมการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพและป้องกันโรคในระดับปานกลาง (ร้อยละ 51.9) และระดับสูง (ร้อยละ 48.1) อย่างไรก็ตาม กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่มีผลลัพธ์ทางสุขภาพที่ไม่ดี (ร้อยละ 87.1) ซึ่งนิยามจากการมีโรคประจำตัว, มีประวัติการติดเชื้อโควิด-19 หรือมีดัชนีมวลกายไม่ปกติ และปัจจัยทำนายพบว่า พฤติกรรมการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพและป้องกันโรคเป็นปัจจัยเดียวที่สามารถทำนายผลลัพธ์ทางสุขภาพได้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p< .05)
จากการวิจัยครั้งนี้ชี้ให้เห็นว่า การส่งเสริมให้ประชาชนมีพฤติกรรมการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพและป้องกันโรคที่เหมาะสมเป็นหัวใจสำคัญในการนำไปสู่การมีผลลัพธ์ทางสุขภาพที่ดี
