บทคัดย่อ
ปัจจุบันได้มีวิวัฒนาการทางเทคโนโลยีทางการปลูกถ่ายเปลี่ยนอวัยวะที่เจริญก้าวหน้าไปอย่างรวดเร็ว การเตรียมผู้บริจาคอวัยวะที่มีภาวะสมองตายจึงมีความสำคัญในการรักษาสภาพและหน้าที่ของอวัยวะให้มีประสิทธิภาพ พยาบาลมีบทบาทสำคัญในการดูแลผู้บริจาคอวัยวะในทีมสุขภาพสหสาขาวิชาชีพ บทความวิชาการนี้นำเสนอบทบาทพยาบาลในการเตรียมผู้บริจาคอวัยวะที่มีภาวะสมองตาย ครอบคลุมบทบาทในการเก็บรักษาอวัยวะที่บริจาคเพื่อรักษาสภาพการทำหน้าที่ของอวัยวะ บทบาทผู้ป้องกันการติดเชื้อ เพื่อส่งเสริมความปลอดภัยของผู้บริจาคอวัยวะ และบทบาทผู้ให้การดูแลแบบองค์รวม เพื่อธำรงไว้ซึ่งศักดิ์ศรีของความเป็นมนุษย์ของผู้บริจาคอวัยวะรวมถึงครอบครัว
